何盼,2006年畢業(yè)于重慶大學(xué),獲軟件工程專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位;2008年畢業(yè)于重慶大學(xué),獲計(jì)算機(jī)軟件與理論專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位;2012年畢業(yè)于重慶大學(xué),獲計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)博士學(xué)位。
CCF服務(wù)計(jì)算與軟件工程專委會(huì)委員,CCF YOCSEF重慶AC委員。2012年6月至今在中國(guó)科學(xué)院重慶綠色智能技術(shù)研究院工作。主持國(guó)家及省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目4項(xiàng),參與其他國(guó)家級(jí)省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng)。主要研究軟件系統(tǒng)可靠性保障與優(yōu)化方法;負(fù)責(zé)BD2/GPS多模多頻高精度定位技術(shù)研究、集成通信鏈路機(jī)理研究及終端研制、智能化物聯(lián)網(wǎng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究及終端研制等。以第一作者及通訊作者發(fā)表EI/SCI論文30余篇,獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利6項(xiàng),擔(dān)任多個(gè)可靠性領(lǐng)域SCI期刊審稿人。
